i graduated last night. i wasn't happy or sad. i was so detatched from all things high school (i.e. pep rallies, clubs, cliques, class) that i have nothing to miss or be happy to be rid of. i suppose last night was an important night, but honestly i've been itching to get out of high school for as long as i can remember. and ending the past (long, drawn out) 13 years of my education in freezing rain surrounded by a couple hundred loud, obnoxious, rude people made "graduation" that much less important to me. it just made me want to chuck my fucking hat and run. which i did. and the only time i even looked anywhere but forward was to find justin. and i guess that right there sums up high school for me. |

okay, so i know i updated like five minutes ago but i'm really bored. and my mom's watching oprah and the most terrible thing is on. in africa, i think they said ethiopa, girls that are 12 are forced to marry and have children by the time they're 13. their bodies are not developed enough to carry a child and they have no medicine for labor. after they give birth, usually to stillborns, the girls are left with holes inside their bodies from the tearing during labor. a stream of urine constantly comes out, along with a terrible smell and they are abandoned by their families.
and people complain about america.....

it's been awhile.
i'm sick again and my mom is on the phone with the doctor's office and she's trying to tell them what's wrong and all that but they keep asking her stupid questions about payments and bills and such. like, seriously, shut the fuck up. my health should come before that bullshit, especially at a doctor's office.
i've missed a lot of school so now i have a lot of work to make up. and it's like the last week of school. who fucking cares about a letter to congress or some big paper about a movie with 10 days of school left? not me. who hands this shit out??? cheers, mr. flanigan.
i've also missed a lot of work which means i'm getting a BADASS paycheck next week (read: no paycheck). my boss is also pissed at me because my mom has called me out two days in a row.

it's st. patrick's day and i'm wearing my awesome Proud to be Irish shirt. i want to party but i feel like complete shit. it's fun getting medicines that don't work.
uhm. i babysat today and it was fun. well, maybe not fun, but i didn't hate it. we watched snow white. i never realized how fucked up that movie was. you got some crazy lady trying to be the hottest chick ever (and she accomplishes this by turning herself into a hag?) and some slut who waltzes into some house, cleans it like she owns it, sleeps there with 7 dwarves who almost die trying to kill that witch.
